3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Data is processed based on the following legal grounds of the LGPD:

- •Compliance with legal obligation (Article 7, II): data required by law for billing and tax obligations.
- •Consent (Article 7, I): analytical cookies (Google Analytics) only after express user consent.
- •Legitimate interest (Article 7, IX): security data and platform performance monitoring, when there is no disproportionate impact on the data subject.

4.1 International Data Transfer
The platform uses third-party services that may store data on servers outside Brazil, including: Google Analytics (USA) — for statistical navigation analysis, subject to user consent. Cloud infrastructure providers — subject to appropriate contractual safeguards under the LGPD. In all cases of international transfer, appropriate safeguards are adopted under Article 33 of the LGPD, including standard contractual clauses and/or adequacy recognition by ANPD when available.
4.2 Google Analytics
The platform uses Google Analytics to collect statistical navigation and usage data. Google Analytics may collect information such as IP address (anonymized), browser type, pages accessed, and time spent on the site. This data is processed in aggregate and is not used for direct user identification by Orbit Guides. The use of Google Analytics is subject to the user's express consent through the cookie banner. The user may revoke this consent at any time through the platform's cookie settings or directly in their browser.
5. Security
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. The Client is responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials.

- •For the period necessary for defense in legal or administrative proceedings
Default
In case of default exceeding 60 days, data may be deleted as provided in the Terms of Use.

- •Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data
